BBQ PORK RIBS
Owner John Kopecky's father spent years of trial and error to come up with the perfect BBQ rib. Finally after about 20 years of experimentation he arrived at the same recipe used now at the South Park Bar and Grill. Turns out the secret is in a combination of spices and seasonings applied to ribs before cooking, essentially a "dry rub". Then the ribs are cooked slowly so that the meat almost falls off the bone. The result are succulent, juicy, and tender ribs that melt in your mouth. While John's dad Gene is no longer with us (he lives in Asia), his memory lives on through these delicious BBQ ribs at your neighborhood eatery. Come in soon to try them, we're serving them on Tuesdays and Saturday nights.
